FOR THE rest OF the month of APRIL 2021 at no extra cost, EXHIBITORS MAY HOST LIVE 1-ON-1 MEETINGS AND/OR OTHER LIVE SESSIONS WITH STUDENTS PANELS, FACULTY, FINANCIAL AID, ETC.  *THis new expansion is  OPTIONAL.  


Who Is Invited To Attend these events?  We have geared this event to be a direct service for Seniors, Juniors, & Sophomores Students, Transfer Students, School Counselors, Interested Teachers/Admin, Parents, Community Members, but also for the exhibitor professionals to build relations and gain professional development too. 

Hosted on the national Visitdays Platform along with new in-person "POP Up Fair" options for schools - 100’s of live sessions & resource videos  |  100’s of 1-on-1 meetings/chats with colleges, universities, military branches, training programs, agencies, resources, & more! 

Events In Spring 2021  |  This is the last and only “MPSEOC hosted - Montana Virtual Fair / Event” we will be able to offer this winter/spring 2021, so you do not want to miss this one!

10:00am - 5:00pm  |  Special Invite - Montana Tribal College Institute & Relations  
Build Relations with all 7 of Montana Tribal Colleges through live sessions.  This is in collaboration for our regular Spring In-Person Montana Tribal College Fairs.

This is a specialized opportunity to meet, connect, & build relations with each Montana Tribal College & their community | Each campus will offer LIVE 45 minutes of relationship building sessions.  These sessions are created specially for you by each of the Montana Tribal Colleges and Tribes.  These sessions will include a variety of offerings from a quick welcome from the campus president, overview of campus highlights, student panels, meet and get to know the student support staff on their campus, major updates, any traditions/language training, etc.  Each campus will design their own sessions with live Q&A time throughout each session.  All 7 Tribal Colleges—Alphabetical Order (TBA—order may change.)

Build Relations with Montana's high school counselors and beyond!  We will be inviting all 300+ Montana high school counselors along with many other Montana education professionals who offer students support services.  These sessions will be presented to this audience to help build relations in helping students together.  These sessions will offer Live Q&A/Chat interaction with all participants.

The Rest of April 2021
Virtual Platform Is OPEN to you and students for the rest of the month from April 9-30, 2021!
  • For the rest of the month after the MPSEOC hosted live event, exhibitors may host live 1-on-1 meetings and/or other LIVE sessions with students panels, faculty, financial aid, etc. at no additional cost.  These are optional and completely your choice to use this virtual platform the best way you can for the entire month of April!  Feel free to reach out to your contacts from the event and invite them back to meet with you through this platform.  This is a new way that we are trying to add value and increased options for relationship building!  Have fun!

*Due to COVID-19 and things changing, please keep in mind that these details may change, so please check back before the event to make sure all the details are the same.

  • VisitDay’s Online Profile Setup Opens:  By end of March 2021 your profile will be open for you to update your profile.  
  • Last Day To Make Changes To Exhibitor Profiles:  April 4, 2021 – the sooner you can finish your profile, the sooner students, counselors, & parents will be able to start scheduling your sessions, meetings, & liking your profile (which in turn could mean more contact leads.)
  • Virtual Event Registration Opens  - For Students, Counselors, Parents, etc.:   April 5, 2021  -  Registration & the online platform will be promoted to students, counselors, parents to start scheduling sessions, viewing your profile, watching videos, etc.  
  • Student, Counselor, Parent, etc. Data Leads Collection Time:   April 5, 2021 through April 30, 2021 (potentially longer) (your profile will stay open and collecting student data!)  Your leads will be available for download in real-time.  You may download your leads any time within the month of April 2021.
  • Live Montana Virtual Event hosted my MPSEOC:  April 6 - 8, 2021 - This is the official "Live Montana Virtual April Event" that we will have live sessions & and live chat.
  • New!  Thank you Bonus & Extended Leads  |  As a thank you for supporting our Montana students, we will be offering the entire student data contact list (emails/address/high school/graduation/student general registration info) from our April virtual event for all registered institutions for each event as long as your institution attends the entire the agreed upon LIVE Student Fair sessions in the April event on April 7th from 1-3pm and also April 8th from 9am-11am by hosting a live session for the entire block of time. 
  • | We uniquely extend this offer in this COVID-19 time, in hopes to help students see & connect with all their educational options.  We realize that student are needing all the help we can give them in this unique, unprecedented time.  This is a new model for all of us with deep learning curves for everyone – students included.  We feel this extended offer will help students better learn about all their educational options in this time and also allow you, as institutions, to better target and serve the students who are the right fit for your programs too.  
  • |  Access of Overall Data Leads  - after the event closes on:  April 9, 2021.  We will send overall reports out within 2 weeks of the live MPSEOC hosted event from April 6-8, 2021.

|  ​New!  Rest of aPRIL 2021 | visitdays Montana april event will be live for use by exhibitors and students from April 9 -30, 2021.

  • ​All schedule times are in Mountain Standard Time zone.
  • MPSEOC will be hosting these live sessions on the Visitdays Platform.
  • From April 6 -8, 2021 during the MPSEOC hosted live event, we ask for no other sessions to be held except for the scheduled time sessions.  This helps get the best traction and attendance for all participants without any other confusion or distraction.  Thank you for not hosting any other events in this time or within the virtual platform.  
  • Students, Counselors, Parents, etc. will be able to post questions in the chat throughout live sessions, and we ask your teams to have 1 presenter for your campus, and you are welcome to also have 1 additional helper to answer questions throughout the presentation too if you would like (this additional helper is not required, but an option). 
  • MPSEOC hosted sessions will be recorded and posted on the hosted MPSEOC profile page and/or social media, web, etc. for continued promotion & viewing.
  • May you offer other sessions too?  |  During the MPSEOC hosted live event, we restrict sessions only to the event schedule.  From April 9 - 30, 2021, you will also have multiple opportunities to offer your own additional hosted live sessions, 1-on-1 meetings for counselors, students, parents, etc. too.  No other sessions outside of the MPSEOC hosted sessions are authorized to run from April 6 -8, 2021.  Thank you!

why did we choose this schedule?
